Well, aren’t we having a lovely weekend filled with great phone concepts? After checking out the stunning
iPhone Pro, it’s time for some Windows Phone 7 action, courtesy of the following HTC HD3 design, created by
Antoine Brieux. The device measures 10mm in thickness and packs all the features of a high end smartphone.

HTC HD3 uses a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and also features 1GB of RAM memory, 1GB ROM memory, 16GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot. The screen on board of the handset is a 4.5 inch AMOLED multitouch display, with 800 x 1280 pixel resolution. There’s also an 8 megapixel camera at the back, complete with dual LED flash and supporting 720p video capture.
A front camera is also included, doing video calls, while the connectivity is handled by WiFi, 3G, 4G and Bluetooth support, plus USB, HDMI and a 3.5mm audio jack. A 1800 mAh battery powers this superb Windows Phone 7 smartphone. Simply great, isn’t it?

[Thanks Antoine for the tip]

The creator of the T-Mobile G2 concept (TareX) has recently posted a comment on our site, mentioning that he created a brand new design of the handset, using Photoshop. Turns out that his original G2 was created with the aid of MS Paint, making his initiative even more impressive.
Compare the two devices and have your verdict: Paint G2 or the Photoshopped phone?

Let’s leave the Sony Ericsson and Nokia designs aside for a while and have a look at this superb
HTC Evolve concept tablet, created by Timur Pinar. The device runs Android OS, comes with a stylus pen and an extra OLED touchscreen plus side pre-programmable buttons, for extra functions.

HTC Evolve features an Intel Atom CPU, a touchscreen display, 128GB SSD, 1.5GB of RAM memory, a custom skin for Android and compatibility with Chrome OS. On board of the concept tablet you’ll also find 2 USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI port and a 3.5mm audio jack on the right side.
You’ll find a camera and microphone embedded in the front bezel of Evolve, for video communication. Will Apple be able to match this design?

There’s a fresh
Android device leaked online just now and we suppose it’s HTC Dragon, unless the rumours are all fake. The large screen is the first to impress, as well as the high resolution, plus the cool camera at the back. This seems to be a GSM device, as shown by the “3G” mark in the title bar.

A theory that goes round the web is that HTC Dragon is actually HTC Touch HD2 with Android on board, but we’ve yet to get this confirmed, or proved by any design trait or spec of this leaked handset. Notice the trackball beneath the screen and the touch sensitive keys, useful for easier navigation and messing around the menus, respectively.
The good news would be that this is not Dragon, but yet another HTC Android phone, increasing the total number of such handsets to….well, around 4 or 5.

British designer Timur Pinar created HTC Discover, an
Android phone with a 10 megapixel autofocus camera and a 16:9 screen format. We also find out that the handset supports Stereo Bluetooth headsets and 3G plus WiFi connectivity.

Timur Pinar claims that the device borrows a few design traits from previous Google Android phones, like HTC Magic or Hero, like the “chin”. This time, this element is incorporated into the brushed aluminium bezel and what differentiates this model from others is its new concave front design.
The advantage of such a design is that you can hold the handset for a long time, while playing games. Also, you must notice that the front face of the device sports no buttons, aside from the joystick, with navigational purposes, while the call and reject call buttons have been placed on the sides, as rockers. Could this be successor to HTC Hero?

HTC Leo has just leaked on the web and we finally have some cool HTC
renders to look at, but don’t imagine that this is the final look of the device, since it might change. The smartphone comes with a 4.3 inch capacitive WVGA touchscreen display and a 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash.

We’re dealing with a Windows Mobile 6.5 phone that uses a 1 GHz processor, supports WCDMA/HSPA/GSM/EDGE connectivity and also packs 512MB of flash memory and 320MB RAM. The on-board battery is a 1230 mAh unit and the feature list is completed by WLAN support, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The usual sensors are also on board: G-sensor, ambient light and proximity, ready to increase the user-friendliness of the device. Now’s the turn for some live action photos of Leo to surface.

It’s hard to believe that the image below portrays the upcoming HTC Firestone handset, although a
wmpoweruser tipster claims that it’s real. What we’re dealing with here is probably a render of the device and as far as we know, Firestone should pack a capacitive touchscreen and media features.

Firestone will also feature a microSD card slot (hot swap) and larger speakers, one of them being placed quite strangely, at the front corner of the device.

We’ve let you know as soon as we stumbled upon the superb
Android G0 concept phone, created by Tryi Yeh and now the folks of Yanko Design have found a couple of new images with the handset. We notice that some of them picture the device “live”, which is the neat illusion we’re all looking for.

Android G0 comes with Google Chrome, a flexible OLED touchscreen, a camera and an LED on the back side, showing its operating status. There’s also a sliding part with multifunctional keys, ready to operate, as you as you feel the urge to play a game, watch a video, listen to music and what not.
Once again, Tryi Yeh, you did an excellent job and I would have a hard time choosing HTC Hero over this!

Just as HTC Dream G1 was becoming a hit, we showed you many concepts of a
possible G2 and now HTC Magic (G2) is available almost anywhere in Europe, so it’s time to have a look at the G3. Surprisingly enough, the device doesn’t even leave enough time for designers to come up with concepts, as it gets leaked and pictured in the images below.

Known as HTC Hero, this new Android device comes without a trackball, with 5 hardware buttons below the touchscreen and a 3.5mm headphone jack on top, in order to solve the complaints of the general public. No detailed info on the device’s specs yet, but we can notice that the G3 is a tad less thicker than the other Android phones.
Could this be a major winner when it comes out?

The
T-Mobile G2 concepts looked so good that it’s going to be quite hard to live up to the expectations of the public, drooling over those beautiful designs. And now we’ve got the photos above, that show the brand new Android G2, without a sliding QWERTY keypad and packing a 3.2 megapixel camera.

Also, the new device is thinner, shinier and the source that leaked the photos claims it’ll hit the market in May. The interface is the same as the one on the T-Mobile G1, but I wasn’t waiting for Android 2.0 so soon, although I hope that all the bugs of the first version were corrected.
What do you say? Is the G2 real?
