Last time I saw a beeper nobody even dreamt about iPhones and PSP consoles, but resurrecting trends has become… trendy, so you should expect beepers to come back in full force. The best proof for this future trend is Andy Kurovets’ latest concept watch, that’s also an “email beeper”, letting you know when there’s an email waiting for you.
You’ll only get a tiny notification on the bottom display of this device and this bracelet-like gizmo is basically a watch. No phone features, no web browsing no nada… Watch meets beeper, could this become a hit?

Not to be a sourpuss, but wouldn’t a tone and a shake from the phone in your pocket accomplish the same thing? Besides that, I fail to see how this device is different enough from current bluetooth watches.
