Did you know that the long awaited Nokia Tube or the 5800 XpressMusic handset was not the company’s first full touchscreen phone? I’ve seen this claim on lots of blogs and I thought so too, till I stumbled upon this piece of info on Symbian-Freak.com.

Seems that the 2003-launched Nokia 7710 was a full touchscreen smartphone as well, but it was discontinued at some point.

Notice the huge difference between a Nokia Tube prototype wannabe (left) and the 7710 (right). Ever used one of those?
