Xperia Play Duo, Follow up to the PSP Phone Loading ... Since the PSP Phone is already real as the Xperia Play, why not start thinking about its follow-up. This device was designed by Esato board member pavlov’s dog and can be seen in the image below. The Xperia Play 2 (or Play Duo) keeps the sliding design, the portion above that reminds us of the Xperia X10 and the gaming controls.

Xperia Play Duo, Follow up to the PSP Phone

There’s a quad core A9 CPU inside this newcomer, that’s only a concept right now and the screen is 4.5 inch in diagonal (720p OLED). Expect quite a number of years to pass before you see the next PSP Phone. Just remember how many it took to get here…

Sony Ericsson Xperia X21, Not as Wide as Usual Loading ... We’re used to the Xperia smartphones being wide and not so elongated as the following concept. This is the Sony Ericsson Xperia X21, a device created by Long-Nong Huang and a handset that uses a 4 inch Reality Display, plus 1GHz CPU.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X21, Not as Wide as Usual

Other details are not known, but the form factor and design sure remind me a bit of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Android is pretty much a given on this phone and I have to wonder if there’s a potent camera at the back or not…

Two New Xperia Designs: Arc Duo (In 3D) and Curve Quad (Quad Core Phone) Loading ... After spotting the Xperia Arc Duo concept, created by Esato board user pavlov’s dog, he’s back with a 3D render of the handset, followed by the Xperia Curve Quad phone. Both are 4.5 inch HD OLED multitouch smartphones, according to their creator.

Two New Xperia Designs: Arc Duo (In 3D) and Curve Quad (Quad Core Phone)

Just like the Arc model, both reach 8mm at their thinnest points and 10mm at the thickest. The Arc Duo brings a dual core processor and a rotating camera as an extra to the original model, while the Xperia Curve Quad uses an aluminum unibody and it’s a quad-core phone, with a similar technology to the one on Sony GSP.

Both models run Android Honeycomb… dream come true?

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Duo, Follow up to the Worlds Thinnest Phone Loading ... As you might already be aware, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is the world’s thinnest phone, with a waistline of 8.7mm. Well, the device just got a follow-up, the Arc Duo model, pictured below. This is a concept created by Esato board member pavlov’s dog.

The interface on the Xperia design sis a mystery and it certainly doesn’t look like Android. Sadly, the original pic was a bit dark, so we couldn’t make much of it, having to increase the brightness.

Update: Bart Schuck enhanced the image for us and pointed out that this IS Android running on the phone and probably Gingerbread.  Heres’s the enhanced image:

The same man who created the first Xperia X Tab slate now brings us the X Tab 10, a brilliant Sony Ericsson tablet with a Reality Display and many appealing features. This 10.1 inch device supports a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and it was created by Esato board user juris15.

The Xperia X Tab 10 comes with a 16.2MP camera (Exmor R) with Xenon flash and 4x optical zoom, plus support for HD recording. There’s also a 3.2MP camera upfront and Android 3.0 Honeycomb is the OS of choice for the slate. Under the hood you’ll find a Qualcomm MSM8660 1.2GHz CPU and 128GB of internal storage.

What more can we say? This unit has everything the iPad provides and more, so it could even rival the Moto Xoom and LG G-Slate. Just give it LTE 4G and it’ll be perfect!

Sony Ericsson Noxus, Very First 2GHz Smartphone? Loading ... We’ve seen tons of concepts on our site, but few with a CPU over 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz. Designer Frank Tobias broke the limit with his latest work, the Sony Ericsson Noxus, a handset with a portrait sliding QWERTY keyboard.

This slider touchscreen smartphone uses an 8.1MP camera, a 4 inch touch display (Gorilla Glass protection) and runs Android. Frank Tobias says that the device is related to the Sony Ericsson Plexus, while we were wondering if there’s any relation to the Nexus Google Phones… probably not.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ryo: Portrait QWERTY is Fashionable Once More

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ryo: Portrait QWERTY is Fashionable Once More Loading ... Not a day of rest for Esato’s juris15, who created yet another Xperia concept. This time, the handset is known as Sony Ericsson Xperia Ryo and pictured below. This device adopts the sliding portrait QWERTY design, combined with the usual huge touchscreen we’ve all come to love on the Xperias.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ryo: Portrait QWERTY is Fashionable Once More

The device is actually pretty cool and it looks a lot like the phones that RIM will be launching in the following months, as BlackBerries will also look (sort of) like that. The question is: do we really need a physical portrait keyboard on the Xperia or is the touch one enough? Considering the success of the WP7 Dell Venue Pro, I’d say this design could be a hit…

What do you say?

Sony Ericsson X Tab is the XPERIA Tablet Loading ... You must’ve been dreaming about an XPERIA tablet… we know we have and now a concept comes from Esato board user juris15. He created the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X Tab, shown below and looking pretty hot. This device uses a 7 inch Reality Display with Sony Bravia engine and an 8.1MP camera.

It comes with 62GB internal storage, plus 32GB more via microSD card. The slate looks pretty good, but it won’t avoid the same criticism that Apple has taken with the “the iPad is only a bigger iPhone”. Some will say “the X Tab is a bigger XPERIA smartphone”…

This device now gets more rounded edges, smooth finishing and we have to mention that its inspiration were the Bloggie cameras.

The device is capable of 3D capture as shown in the image, that also depicts two lovely camera sensors with Sony lenses. The front of the XPERIA X3 is typical for a model belonging to his series: large touchscreen display, plus a front cam and a bunch of touch buttons in the lower side. Add Android and a cool photo/video capture UI to the handset and you’ve got yourselves a hit!
