Sony Ericsson Xperia Smart is a Dual Core 2GHz Smartphone with Honeycomb
July 18th, 2011 | by Thrystan |After the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ape, Frank Tobias brings us the Xperia Smart concept. This is yet another Honeycomb smartphone with a 3.9 inch Reality Display, based on the Mobile BRAVIA Engine technology.
On the inside we find a 2GHz dual core processor, plus 1GB of RAM and 8 to 64GB of internal memory. Sony Ericsson Xperia smart supports WiFi, DLNA and NFC connectivity and features an 8.1 megapixel camera with Sony Exmor R sensor, LED flash and 1080p full HD video recording. Videocalling will be handled through a 3.2 megapixel front camera.
Which model do you like better? Ape or Smart?

This is a very good concept phone. Unlike Xperia S, this actually retains the original Arc design with it’s mechanical buttons removed. I hope Sony this concept would be taken into consideration. Sony needs to replace those with capacitive buttons. Quad-core anytime soon?
