The handset below is not that futuristic XPERIA X2 we showed you a while back, but it’s rather the vision of a designer on the successor of the acclaimed SE P1. Pavlov Dog, the Esato board user and creator of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X702 sees this as “the love child of BeiBei, P1 and C905″.

Think we’ll ever see a three digit-named XPERIA? And what about that long-awaited P1 follow-up?

Xell from the Esato board introduces the T767 as the successor for Z750, claiming that the “Z” series will vanish sooner or later. The specs of the device make this handset a mid-to-high-end phone.

We’re talking 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, HSDPA, GPS and a 2.2″ QVGA display. And all of that packed in a clamshell device, a rather tiny handset if you ask me.

It’s rare that we see 2 Cyber-shot handsets of the same quality in a month, let alone in a week, but these are concepts we’re dealing with so perfection can be “excused”. Breccia from the Esato board designed the beauty below and Gondof Photoshopped it.

Turns out that the C909 will feature an 8.1 megapixel camera with a Xenon flash and a photo LED flash plus a 2.6 inch touchscreen and A-GPS. The concept Cyber-shot handset comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and a VGA front camera.

It’s a 102 x 53 x 13 mm phone that weighs about 125 grams and a stunning piece of work.

Muhammad-Oli strikes again, on the Esato board, revealing his latest Sony Ericsson design, the G902 concept. I love the way it displays the BBC site and that keypad would better be a virtual one. There’s a front camera, so there’s bound to be some 3G support on this hottie, but other than that the phone is a mystery.

Judging by the name of the device, we’re dealing with a high-end compact touchscreen handset, designed for web browsing and using the candybar form factor.

The folks from the Esato board have all gathered the info we have on the Shiho phone, or the Sony Ericsson K860i and they’ve come to the conclusion that it’ll be a neat camera phone with a 2.4 inch QVGA screen and a 7.2 or 8 megapixel camera.

se_shiho_k860i.jpg

Of course, these are only rumours, but the list goes on to reveal that the Shiho will have a Java-based OS, 3x optical zoom and that it will arrive in a slider form factor. It’s supposed to look more like a digicam and also there’s been some confusion about the handset belonging to the C-series or the K-series…

Can you figure it out?

Every blog and site out there became enthusiastic over this Sony Ericsson concept… Why!? Is it because it seems real? Is it because it’s a full touchscreen phone and a quite slim one? Is it because it was published on the Esato board by the user Xell? What’s the deal with it?

Last time we saw a Sony Ericsson C905 concept, it came with a 10.2 megapixel camera and slightly exaggerated specs, but this UIQ version seems much more plausible. Designed by pavlov’s_dog from the Esato board, the brand new Cyber-shot design also shows a brushed metal version of its beautiful self. There’s also a 7.2 megapixel camera in there, ready to monopolize the action.
