We saw a neat
Sony Ericsson messaging device getting leaked a week ago, just before the start of Mobile World Congress 2009 and now we can check out a very similar handset, created by Esato board user tob!s. Sony Ericsson Reese might even be the actual device we saw in the original poster, but it’s more detailed and looking hot.

Notice the presence of a swivelling QWERTY keyboard on board, a video camera and navigation mechanism that will ease menu browsing. Announcement at CeBIT 2009, maybe?

Echo.shane from the Esato board designed a brand new
Sony Ericsson handset, the W910 concept phone, that you can check out below. Notice the 6 megapixel camera at the back, multimedia playback keys on the side and the touch display plus media control touch controls.

No info on the device’s specs, but I guess the W912 supports Memory Stick M2 cards and packs a decent internal memory. Walkman player on board, FM radio maybe and Bluetooth Stereo should be there too…

Zuckabaecka, an Esato forum user tried his Photoshop skills by designing the following
Sony Ericsson Walkman concept phone, that he named W925. It’s a fairly simple device, probably a mid-end one relying more on the storage space provided by its card, than on the internal memory.

Walkman player on board and maybe a 3 MP camera at the back… that should be the description of the handset.. Well, I am just guessing, so things might change till the designer completes his project.

Tob!s from the Esato board designed yet another Android handset, probably a Sony Ericsson XPERIA device, known as the X3. After so many
X2 concepts, a follow-up (at least in naming) is a breath of fresh air.

As usual, the handset features a touchscreen display, the classic Android UI, but I can’t help noticing that this version is a tad shorter than the others.
Can this be considered a sort of XPERIA mini or even a… “nano”?

I guess I can say that the
XPERIA X2 is no longer a mystery to me, since I’ve seen at least 10 concepts of this device. One would think the designers enjoy creating Android G2 concepts, but the XPERIA has something magical about it, that makes concept creators become inspired.
This is FlamEmo’s second concept phone and the Esato user did something unique, by implementing the Symbian S60 touch platform on the X2.

Well, at least theoretically he did, as the interface reminds me of the Android OS. It could be the S60 with an Android-like skin… who knows. Spec(ulation)s? Touchscreen surely, huge internal memory, decent camera (hopefully 8 megapixel) and tons of stuff you’ve seen on the Nokia N97 specs list.

Sealover94 from the Esato forum designed a brand new
Sony Ericsson concept phone, pictured below in a pretty blurry image. No info on the handset’s name, no specs, nada… All we can notice is that it features Android OS and its design rather reminds me of a smartphone or a Cyber-shot device, so it’s unlikely that we’ll see the Walkman branding on it.

The concept handset packs a touchscreen display and a couple of buttons beneath the screen, probably used for navigation and calling functions.

We don’t only show uber-smartphones ready for launch or
hot concept phones with many gigs of memory on board, but also low end devices that look good and mid-range phones like the one below, created by Xell from Esato.

Sony Ericsson W502 is the candybar version of W508, considered by Esato user Tranced a hybrid between K700, W890 and W610. Seeing the words on the phone’s poster makes me think that it (obviously) supports gesture-based control and uses an accelerometer.
I wonder how long it will take till we start controlling our handsets through complex dance movements, or simply by playing Dance, Dance Revolution…

My attention to details allowed me not to miss the fact that a new Esato user who posted a fresh pic of
Sony Ericsson Hikaru has a nickname that includes the word “emo”. That’s probably the only thing that SE and the emo culture have in common, aside from the pain the latest profit decrease caused.

So, what do you say? Could this really be Hikaru? The interface could belong to Android or Windows Mobile with a TouchFLO-like skin…
UPDATE: tob!s claims that this is a HTC. It does look like one… What model is it?

Oh how we love Esato for their fresh new concepts, delivered each day with the aid of inspired designers, like tob!s, who recently showed us a new Windows Mobile phone. I’m talking about the device pictured below, a
Sony Ericsson concept phone that runs Windows Mobile and resembles the G1 a bit.

Talk about blurry pictures… Something big is coming and only tob!s knows what. One thing’s for sure: it’s going to pack a touchscreen and loads or RAM, ROM and CPU power.

Esato is where all the fresh
Sony Ericsson designs are at and there’s a new a kid on the block, Parsnip who showed the world his first Photoshopped phone, the device you can check out below. I wonder if there’s a keypad under that glossy surface beneath the call/answer keys. Also, the display of the concept handset seems to be a touchscreen, but I wouldn’t bet on that…
So, what do you think? Cyber-shot or Walkman?
