When do you know that your futuristic phone is too tiny? When you need a magnifying glass or even a microscope to find it… Case in point, the
iPhone Nano concept below, created by Matthew Smith and coming with a free loupe if it ever goes available in stores.

Wouldn’t you say that this is a too tiny device to be called a phone? And this statement comes from a man who’s seen handsets embedded in teeth, implanted in brains and fitted on the user’s eye. Too small is not small enough?

Our daily
iPhone concept has arrived and this time it’s a pretty interesting piece of technology, one that’ll surely hit mainstream some day. This futuristic iPhone relies on flexible electronics and comes with enhanced user interaction and tactile feedback, delivered through its soft surface.

So, we’ve got accelerometers, gesture control, control via movements in front of the camera, multi touch interaction, voice command and now control through the flexible parts of the handsets. What’s next?

We’re taken to the next level of
iPhone design, thanks to Ady Pratioto’s concept, that packs a holographic display, showing the iPhone’s GUI. Thus, the handset can be worn on the user’s wrist and you should also know that the device comes with a collapsible telescopic earpiece, detachable when phone calls are made.

I can bet that gesture control is also supported and, as you can see the Home button is still present on the bracelet. So, just how far are we from the iPhone wearable bracelet concept? 10 years? Less?

Here’s yet another
iPhone concept, but the kind that comes with a QWERTY keyboard, shown on a sliding part of the device. The virtual QWERTY keyboard has all you need to keep the texting going, while the actual device is less wide than the original handset, but still cool.

The concept was created by Nicholas Adelman and comes with a simpler interface and better graphics.

Here’s yet another
iPhone concept created by Gerard Prye, this time focusing on the sync ability with Mac, PC or Apple TV. Basically, this very long iPhone will be some sort of TV remote with a 32GB or 64GB internal memory and a $399 price tag, if it ever becomes real.

You’ll be able to tweak your movie playlist, select the movies you want to watch on your Apple TV and much more. I wonder if this handset features a widescreen display, that in landscape mode would make it perfect for multimedia playback.

We seem to have reached the highest end of
iPhone concepts, since this time we’re dealing with the iPhone Identity, a very nicely specced device, created by Wili Buena. The most impressive feature of this handset is its 5 inch OLED display and its support for 1080i video capture.

iPhone Identity supports quad band GSM, 3.5G HSDPA, WiFi, VoIP and also uses a 64GB SSD for extra memory. Bluetooth Stereo A2DP is also on the specs list, together with a document viewer, finger print detection locking, projector compatibility and Spotlight.
Identity’s battery provides 12 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby, plus there’s a dual camera incorporated in the device. Sexy, all-black phone with a scratch resistant glass front – that’s the exterior of the device. Hot?

We’re more interested in the MacPad concept shown below, than the
iPhone design created by Gerard Prye. He did an excellent job with the design, but too bad that he chose a very, very, very bad movie to showcase on the screen (the failure called “The Happening”).

This futuristic iPhone will presumably retail for $399 and pack 32GB or 64GB of internal memory, while the MacPad comes with 80GB or 160GB memory and a $599 price tag. The tablet pictured above can be used as a diary to scribble down ideas, writes notes and view media.
Also, we have to mention that the device recognizes handwriting and formats it in pages.

We’ve seen one
iPhone Pro concept before, but, although this device bears the same name, the idea behind it is different. Part of the iLounge iPhone design competition, the handset comes with 64GB of internal memory, GPS, 3G, iPhone OS X 2.0, digital TV, iChat via the 2 megapixel camera and real push e-mail.

There’s also a 5 megapixel camera at the back with Xenon flash and a physical sliding QWERTY keyboard, for those who still dream about such a design. The iPhone concept measures 95 x 55 x 9mm, weighs 110 grams and will be available in red, black and silver… in case it ever gets made.
Would you purchase this futuristic iPhone, if it were real?

Demorrius Sims has created one more
iPhone concept, that we’ve seen a while back and now here’s another one of his works, a fresh next-gen iPhone design, making the device look more like a modern day PMP. You can see this baby playing music, showing pictures and the Contacts menu in action below.

We have no info on the iPhone concept’s features, but we can see that the phone is quite slim, comes with a rectangular shape and its full touchscreen display extends all the way to the edges of the device. More details can be found by clicking the picture above.

Although an iPhone concept that looks like a
Zune would a blasphemy, this idea is pretty neat and the device you can see below is pretty interesting. This futuristic iPhone was created by Demorrius Sims and it comes with a 9.6mm anodized aluminium case, 64GB of internal memory and finally a cool screen resolution: 960 x 640 pixels.

There’s also a 4 megapixel camera on board, able to take landscape photos by using the Apple logo as the shutter button. The battery inside provides 24 hours of talk time, 14 hours of Internet use, 14 hours of video playback and 40 hours of audio playback. Great concept!
