Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Eureka, Power and Elegance in a Conceptual Package Loading ... When Razec from Esato designs a Sony Ericsson concept phone, you know you’re in for a treat… This is also the case of XPERIA X10, a very neat smartphone concept, bearing the codename of Eureka. This is a curved side sliding device, with dual front design, metallic finish and brushed metal finish.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 supports quadband HSUPA, GSM, UMTS, EDGE connectivity, but there’s also WiMAX on board, WLAN, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and DLNA technology. The handset’s display is a 640 x 320 color TFT, a resistive touchscreen with support for handwriting recognition and full finger navigation.

X10′s specs list also includes a full QWERTY keyboard, stereo speakers, a 600 MHz TI OMAP 3430 CPU, 192MB RAM, 256MB Flash memory, 16GB of internal memory and the famous Symbian OS. Opera 9.7 handles the web browsing, while the UIQ UI Theme handles the interactions.

What would a hot and new XPERIA handset be without a very cool camera? Enter the 8.1 megapixel sensor featured on the Eureka/X10, coming with autofocus, LED flash, Sony G-Lens, stereo sound video (WVGA 30 fps), 20x digital zoom and a mineral glass lens cover.

The phone’s battery is a Lithium Polymer 1500 mAh unit and mobile gamers out there were not forgotten, as Razec’s concept also comes with a dual mode QWERTY keyboard, doubling as gaming keys.

Widescreen aspect ratio will make gaming on the X10 a pleasure and there’s even a neat accessory for the phone, also in the conceptual stage: the IDC 900 electronic hard case, you can check out below. The case incorporates a a 176 x 36 OLED display, a digital clock and an internal fast port.

I have to say that Razec did a great job with this concept and I’m really curious to see his next device, a QWERTY Symbian phone with a panel/widgets UI on board.

Xperia X3 Mockup Looks Genuine Loading ... You could have sworn that Esato user tob!s has shown the world a genuine magazine displaying the brand new Xperia X3 handset, although the X2 is nowhere to be found, yet. The Sony Ericsson XPERIA series will surely include more devices and if the second or third one looks anything like the blurry design below, things might get interesting.

Android flavor, anyone? Or maybe some radical changes of specs?

Sony Ericsson XPERIA/Idou Gets Pretty Cool Interface Loading ... For starters I have to say that I like the taste in music of Esato user FlamEmo, the creator of this XPERIA/Idou concept phone. We’ve seen the device before, but now we get a taste of its interface, the multimedia/audio menu specially, packing a pretty neat set of icons and great finger-friendliness. No specs for this strange XPERIA/Idou hybrid, just yet…

New XPERIA Concept, Designed by FlamEmo Loading ... Esato board user FlamEmo has us accustomed to great phone designs, so this brand new XPERIA concept is a sign that he keeps up the good work. Interestingly enough, the handset’s menu is in Russian (I think), so this concept phone might be theoretically hitting the Yota carrier, that also brought us HTC Max 4G.

Of course, this is all speculation and lucky guessing, but we feel free to dream every once in a while…

This new XPERIA concept draws its inspiration from the design of Sony Ericsson Idou and packs a touchscreen, probably a physical QWERTY keyboard, too and lots of memory and processing power. Wonder if I got the Yota speculation right…

Razecs XPERIA Concept, Codename Sora Loading ... Yet another Sony Ericsson XPERIA concept phone has surfaced, courtesy of Razec from Esato, this time in the 2009 SE phones thread. It’s much the same as the previous designs, except for the fact that the display is smaller. This can mean only one thing: this is the “dumbed down” version of the phone or the “poor man’s XPERIA”, if you dare to call it that.

How ’bout a mid-end XPERIA? Some people really dislike that $800 price tag of the X1…

It’s all about the colors, the Photoshop work and that neat interface. These are really cool color dripping effects, so give the creator of this work, hydro from Esato a big “thumbs up”.

Yet Another XPERIA Concept... What a P! Loading ... I’ve seen so many Sony Ericsson XPERIA handsets that I’m becoming some sort of expert in criticizing them or foretelling the future regarding the SE smartphone series. As usual, we’re hoping it becomes a real handset, but we can’t help noticing the resemblance between this XPERIA concept and the P1 or even the cancelled Paris P5.

XPERIA X2 Would Take the SE Smartphone to the Mid End World? Loading ... Someone from Esato claimed that the next the XPERIA would be an excellent way of making the original handset into a lower end device, accessible for people with less cash and tech know-how. A mid-end XPERIA would surely blow the competition away, but would it canibalize the sales of the original handset?

XPERIA X2 Would Take the SE Smartphone to the Mid End World?

XPERIA X2 was designed by , a name you must have surely heard if you’ve seen our best Sony Ericsson concepts.

Notice that the neat touchscreen and interface are still there, WM flavour, but the next version of this XPERIA smartphone might lack the QWERTY keyboard. It’s the designer’s call there…

Take half a pound of XPERIA looks, add an 8.1 megapixels camera taken from the best Cyber-shot handset you can imagine and finish the product by adding new buttons on the device’s front side.

The result? Razec’s incredible concept, shown on Esato, the Sony Ericsson X902, or the XPERIA that got a brand new camera.
