Be sure to look up Jonas Kvale on our website, since the talented designer has created a few interesting concept phones this year. Now he’s back with a bit of a hybrid, that mixes together design traits of the HTC One M9, Moto X Pure and Nexus 6P.

This model doesn’t have a name, instead it’s simply called “metal flagship” and it’s supposed to be top notch Android smartphone. It features dual stereo front facing speakers, a 5.5 inch Quad HD screen and an USB Type C port. Below the 20 megapixel back camera there’s a fingerprint scanner and the front side feels like a combo of HTC and LG.

With a slightly curved back, this model reminds me once again of HTC, while the main camera area feels like a Motorola 2015 model. You know what I’d like to see? A metal phone with a replaceable glass back! That would be an interesting development of industrial design.
