Google Pixel 11 appears in fresh CAD renders with a bold camera bar

The first CAD-based renders of the base Google Pixel 11 have surfaced, offering an early look at Google’s next flagship design direction. The images, shared by Android Headlines in collaboration with OnLeaks, suggest that Google is sticking closely to its established Pixel identity — but refining it where it matters.

At first glance, the design feels instantly familiar. The signature horizontal camera bar remains the defining element, now rendered in a deep black finish that contrasts strongly with the rest of the chassis. Around the flash area, the color mismatch is particularly noticeable, although this is likely not final and may simply reflect placeholder tones used in CAD visualizations rather than confirmed retail finishes.

On the front, the phone adopts a clean, symmetrical look with noticeably slim bezels and a centered punch-hole camera. The flat edges and compact footprint reinforce Google’s preference for usability over exaggerated curves, keeping the Pixel 11 aligned with a more practical, minimalist approach. The button layout also remains unchanged, with the power button placed above the volume rocker — a signature Pixel quirk that continues to set it apart from most Android devices.

Dimension-wise, the Pixel 11 reportedly measures 152.8 x 72 x 8.5 mm, making it nearly identical to its predecessor. This points to a third consecutive generation built around the same design language, with more substantial changes likely being reserved for a future Pixel refresh cycle.

Under the hood, leaks indicate the presence of the new Tensor G6 chipset, expected to feature a 7-core CPU configuration. One notable shift is the move away from Samsung modems toward a MediaTek M90 solution, signaling a potential improvement in connectivity efficiency. The device is also rumored to include 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, a configuration that feels conservative given the broader industry shift toward higher base storage tiers.

The display is expected to remain a 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, while the battery could land around 5,000 mAh. Camera hardware appears largely unchanged on paper, with a 48 MP main sensor, a 10.8 MP telephoto lens offering 5x optical zoom, and a 13 MP ultrawide shooter — suggesting that Google may rely more on software and AI improvements rather than major sensor upgrades this year.

As for availability, the Pixel 11 is currently expected to debut in August, continuing Google’s typical launch window. Until then, these CAD renders offer a solid preview of a device that doesn’t reinvent the formula, but instead refines a design language that has already become instantly recognizable.
