iPhone XI Max Gets Some Quality Renders from Hasan Kaymak

The general idea is that the iPhone XI is going to have a triple back camera, set up in a triangle format. Designer Hasan Kaymak went further and created an iPhone XI Max concept.

His version is bigger and fits what seems to be a fourth sensor in the mix. It may be a time of flight sensor, maybe laser focus, who knows? I’ll keep saying what I said the first time I saw this square camera module: it looks too much like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and also it will be very easy to get your hand in front of the cameras by mistake.

The notch is ever present, so the rumor about it becoming smaller or canned are bogus. I can’t understand why Apple didn’t simply integrate the cameras as a vertical line… if the rumors are real. This module would also protrude a lot and make the phone sits weirdly on a flat surface.

I have a feeling this is not the final design. Digging the black hue though. The only excuse for such a camera would be fantastic optics.
