I always come across the latest leaks in the world of smartphones and it puzzles me to see that there’s waaay more Samsung Galaxy S20 leaks compared to the Huawei P40 Pro ones. Trying to match that ratio is designer Waqar Khan, who has created the Huawei P40 Pro Premium 3D render below. Let’s check it out!

I’ll remind you that the real Huawei P40 Pro will be launching at the end of March in Paris, without Google Services, but sporting the new generation of Huawei Mobile Services, probably. As you can see the camera will be its biggest draw, on account of the possibility, it’ll sport a 10x optical zoom cam. Turns out that aside from the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro, we could also see a Huawei P40 Pro Premium model. The latter is said to have 5 cameras at the back instead of the 4 found on the P40 and P40 Pro.

Back to Waqar Khan’s design, it shows us the Huawei P40 Pro Premium actually and we know that because there are 5 back cameras here. The penta camera at the back has a rectangular and wide design, of course not as wide as the Galaxy S20 Ultra though. It should also protrude quite a bit, perhaps more than most recent flagships. Among those cameras we should find an 8 megapixel 240 mm periscope cam with 10x optical zoom, a 52 megapixel 1/1.3 inch sensor as the main cam, a 40 MP Cine camera and a 3D ToF sensor. The fifth one could be Macro camera.

Design-wise, it’s all glass upfront, curved on the sides and with minimal bezels. The selfie camera is cut in the screen and it’s a dual setup. All physical keys will be placed on the right side of the device, including volume and power. There’s an USB-C port at the bottom and no trace of audio jack. The back is also curved, on all sides. One thing that has leaked consistently over the past week si the fact that the Huawei P40 Pro will have a quad curved screen, meaning it’s curved in all of its corners.

Color choices shown here include purple, gray, brown and blue, with a frosted approach and less gradient than last year.
