He opted for the waterdrop notch and more interesting aspects are revealed below.
First of all, the latest rumors say that the OnePlus 6T is going to borrow heavily elements from the Oppo R17 and R17 Pro. After all, Oppo and OnePlus belong to the same big company, BBK. In lieu of the Concept Creator rendered dual camera, we may actually get the triple camera of the Oppo R17 Pro, with the variable aperture stolen from the Galaxy S9 and Note 9.
The teardrop notch is pretty much a given, since all big companies are preparing to do that now. I don’t quite see the point in having back side fingerprint scanner anymore, since you can integrate it within the screen. I love the dark red hue of the phone that Concept Creator showcase here though. I see that matte glass is still the approach taken by the OnePlus 6T back side.
This device is in dire need of a camera upgrade in order to compete with rivals. Don’t get me wrong, OnePlus 6 was fine and all, but better details and color calibration are required. Also better stabilization and zoom. Looking forward to a triple camera OnePlus 6T concept!
