The Nintendo DSi is 12% thinner than its predecessor and features a bigger touchscreen (3.25 inches) plus a 3 megapixel camera, 512 MB internal memory and built-in browser.
Also, it comes with an SD memory card slot (2GB max), an internal camera and the DSi Shop service. The new DS will be available on November 1st for $167.
