Loading ... Loading ... We’ve seen our share of NTT DoCoMo prototypes, fascinating devices, if you ask me, but here’s a new one to check out. What we have here is a prototype phone, but the focus is on its accessories, a blood tester, a flute and an e-ink reader.

This technology should be implemented commercially around 2015, when modular devices will probably be as popular as Android handsets and modu will sell as many handsets as HTC. Why aren’t these accessories connected via Bluetooth? This is a question that only NTT DoCoMo can answer, but feel free to speculate…
