Samsung has already confirmed that the Galaxy S26 series will be unveiled on February 25 at 20:00, and the timing could not be better: the leaks are now coming in fast, and some of them look very real. Today, a new hands-on video shows what is claimed to be an ultra-realistic mock-up of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra – arguably the most convincing version seen so far.
Shared online by tipster Phonenurd in a new X post, the device appears in a clean white finish with rounded corners and a camera layout that looks surprisingly polished. Some voices even argue that this may not be a mock-up at all, but a powered-off production unit. What stands out most is the absence of a square periscope lens opening, a notable contrast compared to several rivals that still rely on boxy periscope modules.
Mock-ups like this typically reach case manufacturers ahead of launch so they can fine-tune accessory designs. The unit shown here represents the White version, while another color – White Cobalt Violet – is expected to act as the new flagship shade of the series.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra adopts even rounder corners and softer side curves than the S25 Ultra, which itself reduced the sharper industrial feel of the S24 Ultra. The goal is clear: improved in-hand comfort for a device that remains unapologetically large.
Expected features include IP68 certification, S-Pen support, and a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with anti-reflective treatment and a built-in privacy layer. Internally, Samsung is preparing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 For Galaxy chipset, paired with 12 or 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.x storage.
On the camera side, the setup should include a 200 MP main sensor, a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide unit. A laser AF module is also present. Battery capacity remains at 5000 mAh, but charging is expected to jump to 60W.
This new hands-on leak reinforces the idea that Samsung is entering the final stretch before launch – and the S26 Ultra is already shaping up to be one of the most discussed flagships of early 2026.
