iPhone SE 4 Could Feature iPhone 16-Like Design; Here’s a Taste

2024 should bring us a brand new iPhone SE, tentatively named iPhone SE 4. The device could end up featuring an iPhone 16-like design, which by the way now involves a vertical module, not a square one.

The source is called Majin Bu, comes from X (ex Twitter) and it’s a pretty reliable guy, claiming that the device will actually drop in 2025. It could use the hardware platform for the iPhone 16 and much of its design traits. It will keep its singular back camera, but also adopt a Dynamic Island upfront. We may even see an OLED panel on board, instead of the usual LCD.

Also, a proprietary 5G modem from Apple, not a Qualcomm one. It would be compatible with sub 6 GHz networks, not mmWave ones. The main camera is likely just a 12 MP sensor with OIS, with at least the same prowess as the iPhone 15 camera, if not better. An Apple A15 CPU may be inside, at least. Some even talked about a rebranded iPhone XR chassis at some point, but that rumor has expired.

It all sounds to me like a reason to increase the price, if I’m being honest.
