Nothing has become a pretty serious brand, sort of like a OnePlus Lite. The London-based company already has two phones out, the Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Phone (2), with a third one coming soon enough. The third is Nothing Phone (2a), which has just been pictured in leaked live shots. Here’s what’s new.
The device is shown inside a case, so its lit up back side with Glyph LEDs hasn’t been revealed. The camera position is in the same spot as the earlier leaks have shown. Rumored specs include a 6.7 inch AMOLED 120 Hz screen and a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor. As well as a 50 megapixel main camera with a Samsung sensor and a 50 MP ultrawide camera, also with a Samsung sensor.
A 32 MP Sony IMX615 sensor is on selfie duty upfront. Nothing already confirmed the name of the device and said that it has been engineered with a focus on providing an “optimal daily smartphone experience”. It’s expected to be a sort of Nothing Phone (2) lite, available in black and white and priced under 400 euros for the basic package, with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
