At their Berlin event in early September, Nothing officially confirmed the existence of the Nothing Phone (3), but it won’t be hitting the market until 2025. Despite that, leaks and rumors are already circulating, and today we get a glimpse at a concept design for the upcoming device. The concept teases a triple-camera system and a reimagined LED Glyph interface.
Created by designer AndroidLeo, the concept reveals a sleek dark gray device with flat edges and semi-circular LEDs surrounding the three rear cameras. Additional LEDs circle the wireless charging coil, which is exposed under the transparent back panel. There’s also a red LED that lights up during video recording and the familiar exclamation mark-shaped LED at the bottom.
Between the first and second generations of the Nothing Phone, the Glyph interface saw some design changes. AndroidLeo’s concept takes these even further without losing the device’s signature style. The “G” shaped Glyph arch is now transformed into more of an “O.” Rumors suggest that the device could feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and a trio of 50 MP cameras on the back.
We might see a teaser on September 24 during a Nothing event. There’s also speculation that the phone might switch to materials like stainless steel or titanium for the frame and could ship with Android 15, featuring an updated Nothing UI and custom apps. Notably, there’s an app to control Tesla vehicles, and the LEDs could indicate the status of a food delivery or Uber ride, based on how full the LED bars are.
