Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Gets The 4RMD Render Treatment

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has leaked quite a lot over the past few weeks and also days, in renders, cases, screen protectors, but now we get to see it as a concept made by a pretty beloved and reputed designer, 4RMD. He created this concept based on the latest rumors surrounding the smartphone.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra you can see here is described as elegant, having a flat display and also as having slightly curved edges. There’s a small protrusion for the depth sensor and autofocus laser and the screen remains at 6.8 inches in diagonal. It’s an AMOLED with slim bezels and a center cut punch hole for the selfie camera. It provides 2000 nits of brightness, which is mighty impressive, even after the very bright Galaxy S22 models.

Its camera setup, which should exclude bigger metal rings for two of the 5 sensors includes the following setup:

  • 108 megapixel main camera with 8K filming, even though some rumors talked about 200 MP
  • 16 MP ultrawide lens
  • 12 M new periscope telephoto camera with 12X optical zoom, up to 120X digital zoom
  • 12 MP telephoto camera with 5X optical zoom instead of 2X or 3X

The handset uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, as confirmed by recent benchmarks and has 256 GB of storage as the starting version. There’s also a version with 512 GB or 1 TB, plus 12 GB of RAM. People were pretty unhappy with the 8 GB of RAM on the S22 Ultra, to be honest. Android 13 with One UI 5.0 on top is available here and the battery is a 5000 mAh unit. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is available in 3 colors: Phantom Black, Phantom White and Beige, but there are also some exclusive online colors, like Bora Puple and Mint.
