Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Is the First Tablet With a Notch (Leaked Renders)

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is the latest device leaked by @OnLeaks and 91Mobiles and it’s also the first tablet to sport a notch. The device is rumored to debut in February 2022 with the Galaxy S22 Ultra. It comes 24 hours after the Tab S8 leaked as well.

These CAD-based renders reveal a slim unibody metal tablet, that offers a small notch on the huge 14.6 inch screen, hiding a selfie camera or maybe even a dual selfie camera. It has antenna lines on the rear panel and the sides, plus a dual back camera with a 13 MP main sensor and 5 MP ultrawide shooter. There’s also a magnetic strip at the back, that lets you attach the S-Pen and charge it.

The Ultra model comes with at least quad speakers, if not even 8 speakers, like the latest MatePad Pro. The source mentions that these renders aren’t 100% final, so there’s a chance the final version will be different. We also get measurements from the source 325.8 x 207.9 x 5.4 mm. Previous leaks also mentioned an OLED panel with a 2960 x 1848 pixel resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

The Tab S8 Ultra has 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 512 GB of storage, plus a Snapdragon 898 CPU or Exynos 2200 with AMD GPU. A 12.000 mAh battery should also be here, with 45W charging support. By the way, this is just one of the 3 models that will be included in the Tab S8 series. There will also be a Tab S8 and Tab S8+.
