As far as I know, we’re just a few days away from the launch of Android 4.4 KitKat, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have time for one more concept. Below you can see the vision of Nikolai Prettner for a gaming service integrated into the new OS.
This time Android 4.4 KitKat features Google Play Games, with a more playful look, but also more complex. The interface is a bit flatter now and we’ve got exactly the features that an Android gamer needs: achievements, leaderboards, games played, multiplayer friends and recommended games. You can get in touch with what your friends are doing and what they’re playing, although that sounds a bit stalker-ish.
There’s also the notification for contacts recommending games or giving positive and negative ratings. This whole concept revolves around the idea of a side drawer, with a left one for the main sections of the app and a right one for notifications. What do you think?
