Realme GT Neo2 Renders and Specs Hit the Web; Snapdragon 870 CPU Included

Realme GT Neo debuted in April this year and now it’s time for the successor. Realme GT Neo2 has just leaked, in both renders and specs, which includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870. The leaks comes from Digit.in and also @OnLeaks, one of the most prolific leaksters around.

The Realme GT Neo2 comes with a flat 6.62 inch AMOLED screen, which is the biggest the GT series has been. It has a Full HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. It’s expected to drop in September with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, which is a Snapdragon 865++ basically. This is a performance bump from the Dimensity 1200 found on the GT Neo and GT Neo Flash.

The 870 is already used on the Realme GT Explorer Master. Specs also include 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, plus a triple back camera with 64 MP + 8 MP+ 2 MP setup. The latter two are ultrawide and Macro, while upfront we find a 16 megapixel selfie camera. Realme GT Neo2 has a 5000 mAh battery, which is bigger than the standard GT with its 4500 mAh unit.

Fast charging is also on the table, probably at 65W. The 3.5 mm audio jack should be here, but the video below doesn’t quite feature it, which is odd. No idea what the materials would be, but glass and metal would be nice. The “V” shaped camera sensor arrangement is nice, but the corner selfie camera is something we haven’t seen in a bit.
