Leave it to German designers to stun us every time. Yesterday we saw the Samsung Galaxy S7 design commissioned by Martin Hajek to a German site and today we come across an iPhone 7 with no audio jack, new design and an iPhone 7c/ iPhone 7 Mini also pictured.
The real innovation here is obviously the lack of audio connector that has been replaced via wireless connectivity. Eric Huismann has created this iPhone 7 concept, that’s inspired by the iPhone 6, but slimmer. The device has a rounded exterior, the antenna strips are gone from the back and the camera has also been redesigned to not protrude anymore.
At the bottom we find a Beats Audio speaker system and the front Home button is now touch sensitive and uses 3D Touch with haptic feedback when pressed. An USB Type C port is included and the Apple AirPods headphones replace the EarPods. A 15 megapixel camera with 4K video capture is also here and the diagonal versions are as follows: iPhone 7 Plus with a 5.5 inch screen, iPhone 7 with a 4.7 inch screen and iPhone 7 Mini with a 4 inch display.
The 4.7 incher goes to Full HD res, while the iPhone 7 Plus has a Quad HD resolution.
