It takes a Swiss designer to really show us how a watch should be made, so it’s no surprise that the iWatch concept below is such an interesting piece of work. Created by Swiss industrial design site DesignerEI, the device is a curved bracelet basically.

The iWatch features a wide band with a curved screen that wraps around the front and sides of the wrist. The device even has a Home button built into the band and a metal clasp to house some sensors. As you can see in the second image, the side from under the band includes a sensor that’s probably used for medical purposes, rumored for the iWatch.

It could measure your heart rate, hydration and blood pressure for example. The creator of this iWatch concept suggested it may be powered by kinetic energy, but solar power is also in the cards. This is quite a massive design and the screen is quite big, so I can’t say Apple will go this way.
