Motorola is gearing up for its next big foldable, and the RAZR 60 Ultra is already making waves ahead of its expected 2025 launch. The latest leak, courtesy of the ever-reliable Evan Blass, reveals the iconic clamshell foldable draped in a striking Rio Red finish, complete with a textured vegan leather back.
This isn’t Motorola’s first rodeo with faux-leather designs, but the RAZR 60 Ultra takes it up a notch. The rich, grained surface offers a premium feel while staying true to eco-conscious materials—think polymer-based vegan leather, not the real deal. The side-mounted fingerprint scanner stays intact, while the familiar 4-inch external OLED display continues to dominate the cover, housing a neatly integrated dual-camera setup.

Unfold the device, and you’re greeted by a massive 6.9-inch pOLED Full HD+ display, likely boasting a buttery-smooth 165Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor. Under the hood, Motorola is reportedly stepping things up with Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, leaving behind the compromises of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 seen in the RAZR 30 Ultra. Powering all this is a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging support—because no one’s got time for slow charging in 2025.
While the camera specs are still under wraps, rumors point to a 50MP primary sensor backed by an ultrawide shooter, aiming to balance everyday versatility with flagship performance.
Running Android 15 out of the box, paired with Motorola’s latest custom interface tweaks, the RAZR 60 Ultra looks primed for a Q2 2025 debut. And with that bold Rio Red finish? It’s clear Motorola wants this foldable to turn heads.
