Another day, another OnePlus 6T render graces us with its presence, this time a model rendered by Waqar Khan. The device pictured here changes the notch and adopts a triple back camera. All of that in the guise of the OnePlus 6T (2018) created by Waqar Khan. Let’s check it out.
First of all, it arrives in beautiful red, this time as a default version, not a separate one launched later on. The notch actually fits what I’ve been seeing lately, which is a narrowing in size of the front side notches and taking them back to the times of the Sharp Aquos models and the Essential Phone. The OnePlus 6T (2018) is crazy slim and it’s made of glass and metal.
As expect the dual back camera module is completed with a third cam, for a triple camera setup. In order to keep the notch from becoming excessive, the cutout covers just the camera, while the earpiece is above it, not needing a special extra cut. The fingerprint scanner is within the screen panel and said panel has very narrow bezels. I feel that the back glass panel is too glossy and I liked the more mate approach of the OnePlus 6 to be honest.
We don’t have the features and resolutions of the triple cameras, but if I were to speculate and predict, I’d say we’re getting a monochrome camera, a color one and a telephoto one. Just stay away from the useless 120 degree wide angle lens, since it’s a curse. I didn’t like it on the LG G5, G6, ZenFone 4 or ZenFone 5. OnePlus 6 didn’t have much of a zoom, so maybe the telephoto one is a good idea. We’ll have to wait and see…
