Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Leaked Renders are Finally Here

Samsung’s next-generation flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, were previously spotted on China’s 3C certification platform. Now, a new Samsung device with the model number SM-S9380 has surfaced in the same database, strongly suggesting that we’re looking at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. This aligns with the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s model number (SM-S9280), making it a logical leap that this is its successor.

Renowned leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) has shared renders of the device, offering an early look at its design. However, other sources like Ice Universe have pointed out discrepancies in the render, particularly around the camera ring, bezels, and frame.

From the 3C listing, the S25 Ultra will maintain 45W charging support, just like the S24 Ultra. Notably, the box will still not include a charger, but what stands out is the introduction of satellite communication support, marking a first for Samsung.

In terms of physical design, the S25 Ultra is expected to have a 6.8-inch display, similar to its predecessor. However, it will be slightly taller, narrower, and thinner (162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm), and lighter at 219 grams compared to the S24 Ultra’s 232 grams.

As for specs, it’s rumored to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy and a 5,000mAh battery. Camera-wise, the device is expected to keep the 200-megapixel primary camera from the S24 Ultra, while upgrading the ultra-wide and telephoto lenses to 50-megapixel sensors, offering a new level of versatility in photography.

These leaks hint at solid upgrades without a dramatic design overhaul, but more details are sure to come as we approach the device’s launch.
