The Xiaomi 14T Pro is expected to debut sometime in September as a true “fall flagship,” but with specs closer to a high-end midrange device. Well, today it appears in a fresh image that confirms a minimalist design approach, with an overly angular camera area.
The Xiaomi 14T Pro is also expected to feature Leica branding and technology, a year after the Xiaomi 13T first introduced it to the T-series. We also see a total of three cameras on the back, just like its predecessor. The 13T Pro had a sloped-edge camera module, narrower than the one we see here. It doesn’t seem to feature a periscope camera, judging by the lenses.
The screen has very narrow bezels, possibly even narrower than the 2023 model. According to a previous leak, the Xiaomi 14T Pro will come with a Leica Vario-Summilux 1:1.6-2.2/15-60 ASPH camera. It adopts a 1/1.31 inch Light Fusion 900 sensor, and another leak indicated a price of €899 for the edition with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The standard edition of the 14T costs €649, and we know that both models will feature the Dimensity 8300 Ultra and Dimensity 9300 processors (standard and Pro). The Xiaomi 14T Pro has also received certifications confirming the presence of a 6.67-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and support for a 144 Hz refresh rate. It will support a brightness of up to 4000 nits and will have a 5000 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities.
It also comes with an IP68 certification.
