The folks of Androidpit.com had a very interesting Samsung Galaxy S4 render done by Andrei Salaru, a designer working with them. They seem to have based this design on the Google Nexus 4, as shown by the pattern at the back of the device, making me think more of a possible Galaxy Nexus 2 than an S4.

Anyway, I’m loving this design, especially the whole curved edge to edge shape and everything. This Samsung Galaxy S4 has an edge to edge front display that covers the entire phone, except for the speaker and receiver. The S4 stays the same size as its predecessor, although it has a bigger display: a 5 inch Full HD screen. The back plate is all glass with tiny rectangles engraved like the Nexus 4. Wireless recharging is supported and this phone measures a crazy 6.6 mm in thickness.

Under the hood we’ve got a 1.5 GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor (8 core), 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 2800 mAh battery and a 13 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording. The OS of choice here is Android 4.2 Jelly Bean without TouchWiz for some reason, once again leading me to the Nexus theory. Usually people who comment on Concept Phones find all sorts of flaws and defects when we post a design. Let’s see if they can find anything here… To me it looks perfect!

After the brilliant design from yesterday, the Phown concept, today we get yet another handset done by a Romanian designer. Romanians are on fire!
