teased a few weeks ago and the specs sound pretty solid.
Kiarash Kia has finalized the renders of the Sony Xperia W1 handsets, models with Windows Phone/Windows 10 Mobile on board. They are shown below, after being
The W1 model brings a 5 inch Full HD IPS LCD panel, with Triluminous and X Reality tech. There’s a Snapdragon 810 octa core processor inside, an Adreno 420 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. At the back we’ve got a 20.7 megapixel shooter with G Lens and F/1.9 aperture, as well as optical image stabilization. This model integrates stereo speakers, a generous 3200 mAh battery and it’s both PlayStation and Xbox ready.
Then there’s the Sony Xperia W+, with a 5.2 inch Quad HD screen, Snapdragon 810 CPU, 3 GB of RAM and a hybrid focus camera with 23 MP res. Finally, we’ve got W1 Slim with 4.7 inch atypical screen with a res of 750 x 1334 pixels, plus an IPS LCD panel. There’s a Snapdragon 808 processor inside, 1.5 GB of RAM and there’s a 20.7 megapixel camera with G Lens in the equation too.
This last model has a 6.5 mm waistline, a metal frame and metal like body. There’s no fingerprint scanner here and all devices run Windows 10 with both PlayStation and Xbox compatibility. What I like most about these concept Xperias are the metal backs, with that nifty line all across the back, that somehow manages to not copy the HTCs too much.
