I find it fascinating that in spite of the fact Android M has already been announced, there are very few concepts of devices running this OS. One of them is surprisingly an Alcatel model, the Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3+, created by Deviantart member r4yNTv.
This model feels like a Galaxy S5, at least specs-wise. It has Gorilla Glass 4 protection, a 5.1 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and a Snapdragon 620 processor. There’s also 3 GB or 4 GB RAM inside, 32 or 64 GB of storage, LTE Category 7 and dual SIM slots. At the back there’s a 13 megapixel camera, while upfront an 8 megapixel one, both with ISOCELL technology.
The battery is a bit overkill for this diagonal, I’d say. Wireless charging is available here as well, via some sort of resonance-based technology. Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3+ measures 8.4 mm in thickness and has two front facing speakers with JBL technology. The design includes a metal frame with chamfered edges and a matte soft touch plastic cover.
The rear power button is also a fingerprint reader and this handset is water resistant.
