There’s been a bit of an avalanche of HTC One M9 leaked pictures lately, that have shown us quite the design change. For starters, the BoomSound speakers are much more discrete and the front camera gets more space to play with. Well, Hasan Kaymak took the leaks and created his own vision of the HTC One M9/ HTC Hima.
The concept HTC Hima is actually branded HKI, which is the official Hasan Kaymak Innovations handset brand. The new model features those rounded edges a la iPhone 6, the slits for the BoomSound speakers and a front camera integrated within the central upper part of the device. The HTC One M9 rendered here has minimal bezels and its edges almost go around the handset.
The glass panel seems overlapped on a plastic area and then come the metal sides and rounded metal back. Meanwhile, there were leaks saying that the HTC One M9 would come with 3 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 810 processor and a 5 inch Full HD screen. I think it’s wise of HTC not to move to Quad HD and I also agree with Huawei, who recently did a study showing that Quad HD on phones is useless.
