Motorola is preparing a new midrange phone, the Moto G45 5G, which has just leaked in fresh images. We’re dealing with a midrange affair here and the specs sure show it, plus the fact that there’s only a dual back camera here.
These are official looking renders and the Moto G45 is rumored to pack a 6.5 inch, 120 Hz IPS LCD display with 120 Hz refresh rate. There’s also a Snapdragon 6 series processor inside, probably the 6s Gen 3. That’s not exactly encouraging, as it’s a rebranded Snapdragon 695 basically. The smartphone will be available in 3 colors: Brilliant Blue, Brilliant Green and Viva Magenta.
They’ll come with a fake leather finish at the back side, meaning that the back panel will be fully plastic. Moto G45 5G has 4 GB of RAM and a 5000 mAh battery with fast charge, probably not more than 18W. There’s also a 50 megapixel main camera, a Bokeh sensor next to it and a 16 megapixel selfie shooter too.
Expect a price of below $200 and a debut in India first. The launch date has been revealed to be August 21st and the device also has Dolby Atmos and Gorilla Glass.
