Edgar Mkrtchyan created the concept Nokia Lumia phablet with 8 inch display that you already saw on this site. However, today we give you a video of the device and more shots of its back area. This is more of a slate than phablet, one that keeps part of the Fabula design especially in the back area.
We seem to get a polycarbonate case at the back and a front side that makes me think of Nokia E7, Nokia N950 and Nokia N900. The screen slides above the keyboard with a mechanism like the ASUS Eee Slider and the keyboard is separated into two areas for better typing. There’s also a professional stylus in the mix, most likely with Wacom technology.
This Nokia Lumia phablet features a 13 megapixel Pureview camera and a 6000 mAh battery, plus it comes with two micro USB ports, one for charging or file transfers and the other for the connection of a USB drive or other accessories. This model runs Windows 8.1 and you can watch it in action in the video below, with its sliding mechanism open.
