Designer Shaik Imaduddin has created a few interesting concepts, like the Xbox 720 tablet and now he’s back with another gizmo related to Microsoft: the HTC Windows Phone 8J concept. I guess we can call this model HTC 8J, just like we called the newcomers with WP8 from HTC 8X and 8S. Here’s the beautiful 8J:

This model increases the diagonal size to 5 inches and the resolution to 1080p. HTC Windows Phone 8J features a quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, just like the modern Android handsets, plus 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It also has a 16 megapixel camera at the back and a 3.2 megapixel front shooter. Both are capable of 1080p capture, apparently. Shaik Imaduddin did a fine job with the design and this model keeps that distinctive bar at the bottom just like the HTC 8S, with the Search, Start and Back buttons.

Since the diagonal is 5 inches here, the temptation is great to think about a stylus, but we can only speculate on that. A powerhouse like this would rather run Windows Phone 8.5 or maybe a future version of the Microsoft mobile platform, since I’m not so sure that the current one supports Full HD resolutions. A beautiful design, that we really find interesting. How about you?

[Thanks Shaik Imaduddin]

I would be first im lime to buy this phone. F android. Im Windows bound. I still have my HD2.

  • I like this concept, make it happen and I’ll buy it on the spot. 4,7-5.5″ quad core 1080p windows phone 8, 2 gm ram and mre than 32 gb is what I am looking, hmm waiting for.

I got a galaxy S2 (android) now there are upgrades to find for that but none are that much better that I want to spend money on them. I have windows 8 on my computer and therefor want a windows phone but I want buy another dualcore and the screensize must be at least 4.7″, 5″ is perfect, 2gb is good (I prefer 8, wanna run win RT on it) but 2 gb will do as 8 is out of the question with a 32 bit device.) and 1080p is also very important as win rt demands it.

But for this to happen MS needs to deliver an updrade to wqindows hone 8 that will allow for 1080p. (currently only 720p is supported.)

What I wanna do with my new windows 8 rt phone ( i know, RT does not have a dailer but I am a system developer, creating a dailer is easy.) is to have my home PC in my poechet as well as my workstation, with win rt installed I can remote desktop to my workstation with the phone and have access from everywhere, with bluetooth I will connect mouse and keyboard and the rest I need for having a proper workstation in my pocket is available from my wks station.

So HTC make it happen, I’ll preorder as soon as it is possible.
