Here’s yet another one of those interesting Curved/labs concepts, an Apple feature phone called iDot. Usually we associate Apple with smart devices, smartphones, tablets and the works, so it’s shocking to see a “dumbphone” with their branding on.

We teased the new iPhone 7 concept by Kiarash Kia over here and today the device becomes reality, being pictured below. We’re dealing with a full metal smartphone made of Aluminum Series 7000 and packing a 4.8 inch screen.
The Internet went crazy about a day ago over a video of the iPhone 7 prototype, apparently snatched right out of a Foxconn plant. It almost seems too good and scripted, so let’s dissect the clip and see what’s wrong with it.

iPhone 7 has been rendered a few times already, but this time we focus on another aspect: damage protection. Apparently, designer Sonitdac has envisioned the device with a parachute system, that will prevent the handset’s destruction when dropped on the floor.
Yes I know that we should be getting ready for the iPhone 6c, not 7c, but it seems that solid sources are sticking with this name. In the meantime we have an older render that we forgot to show you below, of that new iPhone C series model.
