Remember the Nokia N Series? It was a revolutionary handset series, which some considered the start of the real smartphone revolution. People still want the N Series to come back, designers too, so that’s how the new N Series concept below came to life. Let’s dig in!
This is the creation of Rafael Barbosa who included some luxury here, but also some typical Nokia tech and design. The result is the NSeries One, a curved side display smartphone with a generous Harman/Kardon speaker and a rectangular format. The screen is a 5.5 inch AMOLED Quad HD unit and believe it or not there’s a 16 megapixel Kodak Lens dual back camera, so Carl Zeiss is out of the picture here.
A reflexive visual texture has been applied here and we’ve got curved glass with a beautiful visual effect. The back side also has curved edges. Wireless connectivity is also in the mix (wireless charging too) and the option to fire up a monitor and keyboard and use the device as a PC. Specs are hardcore: Snapdragon 835, 6 GB RAM, 3500 mAh battery, 16 MP Kodak front camera and waterproofing.
The waistline is very slim and frankly speaking this concept is basically a slimmer and more beautiful Nokia N9. By the way the same Rafael has created the superb Nokia 9.
